I offer personalized one-on-one fitness training programs for men & women of any age group, specializing in 40+ specific health needs. You can have confidence in my 35+ experience as a trainer combined with a strong nutritional background other trainers may not have.

Training includes: resistance training with weights, balance & stability work, TRX, sliders, aerobic equipment, spin bikes, treadmill, redumbent bik and steps.
Private Training & Nutrition Advice: In my gym, you will receive private one-on-one attention unlike crowded gyms. One of the things I enjoy most about working with clients in my home gym is the convenience of the nearby kitchen for food demonstrations.
Complete Health Assessment: In your first session we will review your intake form, take complete measurements, conduct complete body fat tests using a skin fold caliper, complete a fitness test and record your highest heart rate to ensure we are working within your safety range. We will create your personalized fitness plan and schedule your 2-3 per week workout sessions.
