Chocolate Cake in a Mug



This is supposed to be a single serving but that is if you are a little piglet!

I like to divide in quarters to share with friends and family, top with fresh strawberries, and a dollop of Greek nonfat yogurt. It is so much fun to have a cake in 5-8 minutes!



In a large mug, mix dry ingredients well:

4 tablespoons flour

4 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/8 teaspoon baking soda

1/8 teaspoon salt

Mix in:

1 egg (beaten)

Then add and mix well:

3 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons oil

2-3 drops of vanilla (optional)

3 tablespoons of chocolate chips (optional)

Place in microwave on High for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes. Best if undercooked.If you eat the whole mug cake….it is around 800 calories! Share it! Enjoy it!
